toady for the 1st time i conducted an interview. I needed a person in my team. Learnt few things as in what would a prospective employer look for while searching for appropriate candidate. But yes it was fun. Spent extra time interviewing gals and took quick decision in case of boys (of course rejecting them) For one time i was able to influence a gal. Felt soooooooooooooooooooo gud.
